First time visit to this location but have been to other Milo’s restaurants many times before. Can’t beat Milo’s thick burgers, seasoned fries, and the sweet tea is out of this world. This location did not disappoint. We’ll be back next time we visit Birmingham.
Service was fast and friendly. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful. The lighting wasn’t too harsh. The food is amazing here and the Ice Cream is wonderful. Probably my favorite place to dine at in Alabama.
The food was amazing. The restaurant was sticky. Like everything was sticky. Made me wish we had ordered to go. It was our first time trying Milo’s as we don’t live near one. We get their tea all the time and it was even better at the restaurant. Their sauces were delicious and their hamburgers and chicken sandwiches were perfectly simple.
What's to say...you either love it or hate it. I LOVE IT!!! I've been eating Milos for more years than I care to remember. Can anyone remember when they were 4 for 1. Love, love, love Burgers, fries & the tea!!! Mr. Carlton used to sell me Milo sauce in a 1/2 gallon milk jug for 2. I do miss seeing him flip those burgers.
These days other than at the chick filet you don't see good customer service. That was not the case today! I came into Milos for a quick bite and left with a smile and a full belly. Caitlin was kind and even sparked some small talk! Love when I see great customer service. Thank you Caitlin for making my lunch experience better! Best milos location in birmingham by far!
Good food. This was my first time trying Milos. I love their ice and their tea. Next time I will grab a milkshake too. The bathroom was messy, but not dirty if that makes sense. The lobby was also messy, but the employees were really friendly. A lady that worked there quickly came to clean up.
I just found this Milo's today! It was great! My order was fulfilled perfectly, which I should mention it is not usually at another Milo's that I frequent. I ordered extra grilled onions and extra sauce and actually got both! I went through the drive-thru, and it was super fast, and all of my food was hot and fresh! Best Milo's I have ever eaten at! This is definitely my new Milo's location.
Over the years all the locals Milo’s have been hit and miss. This one above the others has been so much better over the last few months. Orders have been correct, food as been hot. Service great. Love the food so really happy to trust that they’ll get it right.
